John Venn [1]

a clergyman of the Church of England, son of Henry Venn of Barnes (q.v.), was born at Clapham in 1759. . He was educated at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge; instituted to the living of Little Dunham, Norfolk, in 1783; became rector of Clapham in 1792. He died at Clapham, July 1, 1813.
