He became a member of Lane Theological Seminary in 1841, and graduated from Auburn Theological Seminary in 1843; was ordained at Orwell, Vermont, December 21 of the same year; dismissed May 7, 1862; May 28 following was installed over the [[Church]] at Manchester, and died May 18, 1877.
