Pierre Collet [1]
a French theologian and doctor of divinity, was born at Terney, near Montoire (Loir-et-Cher), September 6, 1693. From his youth he was employed at tthe house of the brothers of Saint-Lazare, and taught theology in several houses of his order. He was afterwards principal of the College des Bons-Enfants in Paris, and died there October 16, 1770.
