In 1611 he was admitted to orders; and about that time was made rector of Sherwell, and of Loxhore, adjoining, in Devonshire; and afterwards obtained the benefice of Ham, near Sherwell. He died Dec. 18,1627, aged fifty-two. He published several single Sermons. See Chalmers, Biog. Dict. s.v.; Allibone, Dict. of Brit. and Amer.
