Bell, Alexander (2),
a Methodist Episcopal minister, entered, in 1855, the Pittsburg Conference, in which he did excellent service for twelve years, when he was disabled by an attack of apoplexy. He soon manifested alarming symptoms of. insanity, and was removed to the Columbus Asylum, where he died, Nov. 18, 1867. Mr. Bell was an earnest, able, and acceptable minister.
