<p> a Presbyterian minister, was born at Canaan, [[Columbia]] Co., N. Y., June 4,1796 . He graduated at Union College, Schenectady, in 1824, and at [[Princeton]] Theological Seminary in 1827. He was pastor of the Presbyterian [[Church]] in Madison, Morris Co., N. J., from 1832 to 1851, and Ridgebury, [[Orange]] Co., N. Y., from 1851 to 1863. He died Sept. 25, 1863. See Wilson, Presb. Hist. Almanac, 1865, p. 157. </p>

a Presbyterian minister, was born at Canaan, Columbia Co., N. Y., June 4,1796 . He graduated at Union College, Schenectady, in 1824, and at Princeton Theological Seminary in 1827. He was pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Madison, Morris Co., N. J., from 1832 to 1851, and Ridgebury, Orange Co., N. Y., from 1851 to 1863. He died Sept. 25, 1863. See Wilson, Presb. Hist.
