Osiander, Andreas (2),

called THE Younger son of Lucas the Elder, was born at Blaubeuern, Wurtemberg, May 6, 1562. He became, in 1587, pastor at Guglingen; preacher to the duke of Wurtemberg in 1590; general superintendent in 1588; and, finally, chancellor of the University of Tubingen in 1605. Osiander died in 1617.
