a Protestant Episcopal clergyman, graduated from the General Theological Seminary; officiated in St. Louis, Mo., in 1853, and in the following year became rector. In 1857 he resided in Amesbury, Massachusetts; subsequently became rector of St. James's Church in that place, and continued to serve that parish until 1872.
