Kendall, George (1), D.D.,
an English Calvinistic divine, who flourished about the middle of the 17th century, was prebend of Exeter and rector of Blisland; Cornwall, at the Restoration, when, on account of nonconformity, he was ejected. He died in 1663. He is noted as the author of an able treatise on the Calvinistic faith, entitled Vindication of the Doctrine of Predestination (Lond. 1653, fol.).
