George Steffe Crisp [1]
an English Congregational minister, was born at Wrentham, Suffolk, March 8, 1786. He was converted early, studied at Wymondley Academy, and settled at Lowestoft in 1808. He resigned his pastorate in 1817, removed to Aldwinckle, Northamptonshire, and in 1821 resumed the pastorate at Lowestoft, where he continued until 1832. He died May 30, 1863. See (Lond.) Cong.
