The mission was broken up by the troubles with England, and McClure became pastor in North Hampton, N. H., Nov. 13, 1776; at East Windsor, Conn., June 11, 1786, and died June 25, 1820. D.D., a Congregational minister, was born Nov. 18, 1748, in Newport, R. I.; graduated at Yale College in 1769; was ordained missionary to the Indians near Pittsburg, Pa., May 20, 1772. The mission was broken up by the troubles with England, and McClure became pastor in North Hampton, N. H., Nov. 13, 1776; at East Windsor, Conn., June 11, 1786, and died June 25, 1820.
