Thomas Crowder [1]
a minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church South, was born in Wake County, N.C., September 22, 1797. He was piously trained, and received a liberal education; was converted in 1819, and in 1821 entered the Virginia Annual Conference, in which he did good service until his death, in December 1852.
