He published several controversial pamphlets concerning "Original Sin" in opposition to the Rev. Samuel Webster and Dr. Chauncy (1757-1760); Scripture Grounds of the Baptism of Christian Infants asserted and defended in a Letter, etc. (1735); also several occasional sermons.
