I., in that and the following year; stated supply at various places from 1825 to 1831; principal of an academy at Greenwich, Conn., until 1835, and without .charge at Suffield until his death there, Feb. 19, 1837. Calhoun, a Congregational minister was born in Massachusetts, graduated from Williams College in 1812, and spent a part of one year in Andover Theological Seminary.
