William Hiliard Bobbett [1]

a minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, was born in Halifax County, N.C., March 11, 1826. Joining the North Carolina Conference in 1846, he served as pastor or presiding elder nearly all his life. He also served one year as agent of the American Bible Society. He died November 22, 1890.
