a Protestant Episcopal clergyman of the Diocese of Michigan, was assistant minister in 1864 of St. John's Church, Detroit, Mich.; in 1865 was rector of St. Luke's Church, Kalamazoo, Mich.; in 1870 was rector of Zion Church, Pontiac, in which pastorate he remained until his death.
