a minister of the denomination of Friends, was born at Cork, Province of Munster, Ireland, in 1786. He was one of the first pupils admitted into the Waterford School, and for many years was connected with that institution. His services were not limited to the education of the young, but for upwards of half a century he was a useful minister among the Friends.
