[[Institution]] one year (1826-27). He was ordained at West Dedham, Mass., in January, 1828. His pastorates were in West Dedham, Beverly, East Cambridge, Worcester, Newburyport, all in Mass.; Baltimore, Md.; and Framingham and Middleborough, Mass. He was for some time the district secretary for New [[England]] of- the American Baptist Missionary Union. His death occurred at Worcester, Jan. 17, 1862. Mr. Aldrich: was the compiler of a Hymn-book, which is used in quite a number of Baptist churches, especially in New England, for social services, (J. C. S.) </p>
