a Presbyterian minister, was born at Cobleskill, N. Y., Aug. 11, 833. He was licensed to preach by the Presbytery of Albany May 3, 1864. He graduated at Union College, N. Y., in 1861, and afterwards entered Princeton Seminary, N.J., and graduated in 1864.
