In 1 Chronicles, Lucian has Ζαυάν , Zauán = Samaritan זוען , z - w - ‛ - n i.e., Zaw‛ān , from a root meaning "to tremble," "fear" (see זוע , BDB ). King James Version has "Zavan" in 1 Chronicles.
