<p> an English prelate, was born in 1593, and educated at [[Trinity]] College, Cambridge. He became prebendary of [[Lincoln]] in 1631, prebendary of Wells in 1632, dean of Wells in 1660, and bishop of Bath and Wells in 1670; and died November 21, 1672, leaving some Sermons Land Translations.
