<p> in Hindu mythology, were two brothers, who formerly were good spirits; but, tempted by the desire for, the earthly, they fell from God, and were therefore banished by him to the Pastals, the hell of the Hindus. All wars which [[Indra]] and his Divs or Dejolas must carry on have their cause in these two evil daemons, who always stand in' the front of his enemies. </p>
