<p> Azzolini (or Mazzolini), Giovanni Bernardino </p> <p> a Neapolitan painter, flourished about 1510. In Genoa, where he resided, there are several of his works in the different churches. In the [[Church]] of San Giuseppe are two pictures by him representing the Annunciation and the [[Martyrdom]] of St. Apollonia, which are very much praised by Soprani. He excelled in wax- work.
