Alexius Aristenus [1]

was ceconomus of the Church of Constantinople, and was present at the Council of Constantinople in 1166. He left Notes upon a Collection of Canons, printed by Justellus in his Library of the Canon Law (2, 673); also by Beveridge, in Greek and Latin, with notes, in the Pandects of the Canons.
