<p> a Protestant Episcopal clergyman, died at Painesville, O., of camp fever, Feb. 27, 1863, aged thirty-two years. He was chaplain of the 105th Regiment of Ohio Volunteers, and at the time of his death was rector of St. James's [[Church]] in Painesville, which position he had held for nearly three years. Previous to this he had been rector of St. John's Church, Clyde, N. Y., for a period of five years. See American Quar. Church Rev. April, 1863, p. 152. </p>
