Angiolo Caroselli [1]

an Italian painter, was born at Rome in 1585, and studied under M. A. Caraviaggio. He died in 1653. His large works in the churches are The Martyrdom of St. Placidus and St. Gregory Celebrating Mass, in Santa Francesca Romana; also St. Vinceslao, in the pontifical palace .of the Quirinal.
