Biancucci Paolo [1]

an Italian painter, was born at Lucca in 1583, and was a distinguished scholar of Guido. His execution of the picture of Purgatory in the Church of the Suffragio, and an altar-piece of several saints in the Church of San Francesco, are considered very fine. He died about 1653.
