Smith's Bible Dictionary [1]

Beth'-aram. (House Of The Height). Accurately Beth-Haram , one of the towns of Gad, on the east of Jordan, described as in "the valley,"  Joshua 13:27, and no doubt, the same place as that named Beth-Haran in  Numbers 32:36.

Morrish Bible Dictionary [2]

A city of Gad, east of the Jordan, between Succoth and Debir.  Joshua 13:27 : held to be the same as Beth-Haran of  Numbers 32:36 . Identified with Tell Rameh, 35 38' E 31 50' N .

Fausset's Bible Dictionary [3]
