Robert Bronk [1]
a minister of the Reformed (Dutch) Church, was born at Coxsackie, Greene County, N.Y., in 1789. He was the son of a Revolutionary patriot and statesman, who gave him a thorough education. He graduated at the College of New Jersey in 1810; at the New Brunswick Seminary in 1813, and was licensed by the Classis of New Brunswick in the same year. He was pastor at Washington (now West Troy), Albany County, N.Y., and Boght, Saratoga County, from 1813 to 1822; Washington, alone, from 1823 to 1834. He died in 1837.
