In 1732 he was vicar at Middelburg, and in 1754 was called to [[Bremen]] as pastor of St. Stephen's, and professor of theology at the gymnasium there. In 1765 he went to The Hague as pastor of the German Congregation, where he died after 1778. He wrote, [[Disputatio]] Inauguralis ad [[Psalm]] xviii (Griningen, 1754): — Oratio Inauguralis de Admnirabili Operum Divinorum Harmonica (Bremen, 1755): — Disp. in aliquot Loca ex Prioribus Actorum Apost.
